Custom Order Request
Please read and provide the following information:
- Item you are looking for (shirts, sweatshirts, hats, engraved cups, etc)
- Please provide the deadline you are working with (ex: I need shirts for my vacation on June 10)
-Please provider any inspiration like colors, design themes, etc
-I will be in touch within 48 hours of receiving this form , so please put an email or phone number that is the best to reach you at
- If you would like me to design your items myself (aka you don't already have a logo or design) there is a flat $20 design fee that will be credited back to you towards your order. This fee will need to be paid up front prior to me sending any mock ups of your items
